Royal Vacation Spotting – Kate & William’s Honeymoon Hotspot

The world watched in awe as Kate Middleton married her Prince on April 29, 2011. Half of the United Kingdom took off to celebrate with the masses hoping for a sneak peak at the Royals passing by on the traditional horse carriage/convertible. The crowd cheered as the newly married couple gave eachother their first public kiss atop the balcony at Buckingham Palace

Now the question on everyone’s mind – where will Kate and William head for their romantic honeymoon? Experts predict that the couple will find the solitude & privacy they seek at the Queen’s 50,000-acre Balmoral estate in Scotland. Others think they will return to Africa where William spent quite a bit of time working with a charity. Kenya is also where William proposed to Kate. The couple could very well head to Australia, where they would enjoy snorkeling together above the Great Barrier Reef. Rumors have also been made that the newlyweds will head to the remote luxury Caribbean island of Mustique.

journeyPod recommends taking Sir Richard Branson’s offer to stay at his private island in the British Virgin Islands! Now that the most anticipated day of the decade is over, the Royal newlyweds, wherever they decide to go, will simply enjoy some quiet time to relax and begin life as a married couple.
