Chef’s Corner with Frank Stagnaro

Chef+Frank+Stagnero

Located on the banks of beautiful Lake Tahoe is The Edgewood Restaurant. The restaurant’s tables look directly out across the lake, with the unparalleled view framed by sweeping wooden archways and vaulted ceilings. When seated, diners have only a few dozen feet of white sand between them and the lake water.

Executive Chef Frank Stagnaro regularly crafts new and exciting menus to keep both visitors and locals coming back for more. Savvy customers will notice the menu blends fixtures of high-end dining with an appreciation for simplicity.

What does journeyPod recommend? Definitely start off with the ahi & avocado napoleon  and then if it’s on the menu, go for the elk chop with sun dried cherry relish and spaetzle.

After an amazing sun-set dinner overlooking Lake Tahoe, journeyPod enjoyed a one- on-one conversation with Chef Frank.
